I made $38 MRR in September 2026 not life-changing. but 3 months ago i had $0 and zero users and i was genuinely not sure if this was going anywhere so i'll take it here's what actually happened this month: 432 signups came in 2 paying customers. 52 trials expired and i sent every single one of them an automated email asking what stopped them got two replies back, one of them came back and started using the product one user nearly crashed the server bulk scheduling via CSV. race condition, 4000 rows in the DB at 2am, Supabase egress spiking. he didn't rage quit. stayed patient, told me what he needed, i built a whole new feature from the conversation content library, drip scheduling, bulk upload. checked his logs this week: 5,607 posts published across 20 Facebook pages. automatically. from a CSV he uploaded months ago i built 2 things before this that went nowhere both died quietly this is attempt three $38 MRR is nothing on paper but someone is running their entire content operation at real scale on something i built alone, in 3 months, from scratch
