confession time. I made $47K last month with my SaaS. I also have an iOS app that made $34. total. since April. it's called Sugar Panic. a panic button for sugar cravings. built it for my wife, then I got busy scaling the SaaS and left the app alone in the App Store. 41 installs in the first month. 1 subscriber. a perfect 5.0 rating (from 1 review, probably my wife). first iOS app ever. I know funnels and Meta ads. I know NOTHING about this world. ASO? paywalls? what makes people subscribe to an app? no idea. so I'm asking the app people: what would you do with it? pricing, onboarding, screenshots, paywall, ads or organic. roast it, fix it, tell me it's hopeless. anything. save my app ๐ https://t.co/XeeHSr70gY https://t.co/p6WvCq5haO

I made $51K working 7 days a week, like I have for the past year and a half. few pauses. got married last year, honeymoon in the US. that's about it. so this month I'm stealing the other half of his playbook: 2 weeks off. real ones. batteries need charging. because the goal never changed: $1M. and I finally understood you can't sprint a marathon. see you at the top, rested ๐
$28K in the last 30 days. closing in on $30K/month. and the lesson that got me here is one sentence: nobody buys your SaaS. nobody buys your features. they buy the transformation. my users don't want an "AI ebook generator." they want to go from "person with an idea" to "person with a digital product that makes money." that's the purchase. the software is just the vehicle. once I understood this, everything got obvious: the offer: don't sell access to a tool. sell the after state. the landing page: don't show what it does. show who they become. the copy: their words for their problem, not your words for your solution. the ads: the creative shows the transformation, before and after. the algo finds the people who want it. package for transformation. price the outcome, not the features. I was selling software for months and made almost nothing. I started selling the transformation and I can finally see some traction, most of it in the last 60 days. same product. different package.
